Located adjacent to the Shire of Halls Creek council offices, hours of operation are:

Dry Season (1st April - 30th September)
7am - 5pm daily

Wet Season (1st October - 31st March)
8am - 5pm daily (closed Christmas Day)

The Centre provides tourist information, internet access, tour and accommodation bookings. The Centre sells striking locally made jewellery and Aboriginal artwork. Other items for sale include gold nuggets, maps, postcards, CDs of local musicians, gifts and souvenirs.
